SVT reported · How do you prepare for a startup at home?

9 pm16.45

Anyone who makes such a proposal has never been involved with a startup itself! Storms for 40 hours that still ended with cuts!

I would never agree to that. It sounds incredibly patient-insecure, especially in a region where many women have more than 2 hours to give birth because of the closure of the Mora laser birth ward. You cannot know in advance how a woman will react to these drugs (which can cause various side effects / complications), how it affects her baby and childbirth.

Cytotec with home? It's not wise!

Does not sound wise and very patient insecure !. Has himself been started in hospital. Had never wanted to go through such a thing myself at home !! In addition, in a county where we have a long way to BB, it makes everything even more risky!

Introducing these new routines after a study (which was completed prematurely) before even creating the conditions for coping with it is also bad for both women and staff.

I would never agree to that! It sounds incredibly irresponsible on the part of the health care provider to leave a woman wind to wave without supervision in the starting pit of a medical startup on which both brain, body and baby are zero set.

It would be safer to find out which women and children are at risk for IUFD in the case of overbearing and follow them closely until the spontaneous start of childbirth or initiation in v42. A study with several weaknesses cannot be the basis for such large and resource-intensive changes without further investigation.

Earlier start-ups have increased the workload in Falun

A new method, where startups can be started in the home, is now planned. Hear Agneta Romin, Head of Operations at Dalarna Women's Healthcare, talk about how start-up at home would work and what method is aimed at.

Terribly unpleasant and insecure. Should never agree to it.

Hey! The news item mentions that it already exists in Denmark. Want to know more about the result there as well as the results of other research to be able to take 100% position. I believe that childbirth should be based on what is best for the child and the mother, and build on a voluntary rest for both parents to decide what feels best to them.
If this can be seen as a safe alternative among many, it's okay. But if it involves an increased risk for the child and / or the mother and occurs in a more or less forced way (that one is expected to stand) this can unreasonably be called childbirth care!
