The outgoing Lebanese Prime Minister, Saad Hariri, yesterday, did not want categorically and explicitly, to assume the next prime minister, stressing that he sees no exit from the Lebanese crisis only the formation of a government technocrats, and criticized what he described as «chronic state of denial», sources confirmed that Lebanese President Michel Aoun will hold parliamentary consultations tomorrow to select the prime minister, the day after a night of widespread clashes between demonstrators and supporters of Amal and Hezbollah.

In a statement issued by his media office, Hariri said his decision not to form a new government was "frank and categorical," adding that "the state of denial among the political leadership is more dangerous than Lebanon's political and economic crisis."

Hariri stressed his adherence to the rule «not me, but someone else to form a government that simulates ambitions, and address the crisis in the parliamentary consultations mandated by the Constitution, and the Lebanese have been waiting for and demanded since the resignation of the current government».

Hariri said, 40 days after the movement of the Lebanese and Lebanese, and nearly a month after the resignation of the government: «In response to their cries and to make room for the realization of their rightful demands, it is clear that what is more dangerous than the great national crisis and the severe economic crisis experienced by our country, and prevent the start "By seriously addressing these two interrelated crises, it is the state of chronic denial that has been expressed on many occasions over the past weeks."

He added: `` In the face of this dangerous situation, which prevents the worst politically, socially, economically and security, I found it my duty to make the Lebanese and the Lebanese women, as they always return, perhaps in this openness the way to move the wheel of treatments, and open the door to start the necessary political and economic solutions. ''

He continued: «The state of chronic denial seemed to take my positions and proposals for the solution as a pretext to continue its intransigence, and maneuvers and refusal to listen to the voices of the people and their rightful demands, when I announced the resignation of the government in response to the people, and to open the way for solutions, I find those who insist that I resigned for unknown reasons, when he insists People are being held accountable to those in power today, including me, and changing the government structure, and I am at the head of it, or at the very least improving its performance and monitoring, find those who only want to aim at those in power 30 years ago. ”

He continued: «When I declare publicly, privately and publicly, that I can see a solution to get out of the severe economic crisis only by the government of specialists, and nominate who I see fit to form, and then adopt the nomination after another, who would form a techno-political government, I face that I act On the basis of me or no one, and then on the basis of me and no one, knowing that all Lebanese know who has this slogan in word and practice ».

He pointed out that «the worst denial is that those who know all these facts are still arguing against public opinion, that they are waiting for a decision from Saad Hariri hesitant to blame me, falsely and faintly, the responsibility to delay the formation of the new government».

Hariri expressed his hope and confidence that the President of the Republic will immediately call for binding parliamentary consultations, to assign a new president to form a government, wishing those who will be chosen success in his task.
