The prosecutor directed the main defendant in the case, a 32-year-old construction worker, to commit a felony forcibly facing the child, as well as trafficking in human beings.
A witness from the Dubai Police said that information received to the Anti-Human Trafficking Department stated that the accused (MZ-Asian) forces a girl to engage in prostitution by beating her and holding her flat in the Al Muteena area. Outside his residence, until he is arrested.
Upon returning to the apartment, the victim was having dinner with another woman, and the police noticed that she was in an abnormal condition and suffered from mental disorders. She spoke to herself, looked up, laughed for no reason and performed every prayer.

The other woman, who is accused in the case, said that she was staying in that apartment with her brother, who persuaded her to bring others to live with her in order to help her pay the rent, including the defendant and another woman, and a second man later deported from the state, noting that they brought the girl. She arrived in tears and begged the defendant not to force her into prostitution.He told her that bringing her to the state cost him 10,000 dirhams, and she had to pay that amount if she wanted to be free from his grip.He vowed to work another job and pay the money, but she tied her up, beat her and detained her.
Dubai police showed the girl to the psychiatric department at Rashid Hospital, and showed excessive nervousness, anxiety, fear and abnormal behavior, including undressing, and was provided with the necessary treatment until her condition improved.
