“According to the information that the investigation has today, just Nikolai Kuleba violated the rules,” said Vladimir Martynenko, adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, on Radio NV.

Earlier, police in the Kiev region opened a criminal case on the fact of an accident involving Kuleba.

On November 24, Kuleba and three others, including a child, were hospitalized after a collision of a Ukrainian ombudsman’s car with a minibus in the Kiev region.
