"We are delighted with the release today of our compatriot kidnapped yesterday in Mexico and the Mexican citizen with whom he was," said Monday, November 25, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement. According to Mexican media reports, the two men were abducted on Sunday while on an excursion to the Nevado de Toluca National Park, a volcano in the state of Mexico.
