Medvedchuk stressed that the Ukrainian authorities need to convince residents of the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass that in Ukraine "they will live better."
Earlier, Zelensky announced his intention to discuss at the Norman summit on December 9 specific dates for the exchange of prisoners.
