“Open military aggression from Russia is not among the first threats,” Ukrinform quoted Khomchak as saying.
He noted that Russian aggression is nevertheless present among the "extreme options".
Earlier, Ruslan Khomchak said that Russia sees the Crimean Peninsula as "a powerful base that should nightmarize all of Europe and North Africa."
