It is noted that an eyewitness turned to the police, reporting that an unknown person on the move shot from the window of a Lada Priora car in the Moscow Gates area.
Later, 21-year-old Mansur Abdylkhaisiev was detained, suspected of allegedly firing shots from his weapon against the open window of his car.
On August 28, the Krasnogvardeisky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested a man who shot at a playground.
