“According to some apologists of the current regime, those who do not own land and do not work on it are against the land law. This is partly a true statement only in the sense that among those who work on the ground, those who advocate the law are those who intend to sell and leave Ukraine as soon as possible ... After privatization, sale of enterprises, land, Ukraine can return to the state of a state that is capable of it’s impossible to independently solve your problems and plan your future, ”said the expert.

He noted that in this case it is inappropriate to say that Ukraine will lose its sovereignty, but it is difficult to determine the framework in which Ukraine will exist after the adoption of the law.

“The trouble will be that Ukraine will not be able to dispose of its resources in accordance with the constitution, which says that the people of Ukraine are the owner of the land and resources that are on its territory,” Dudchak emphasized.

Earlier, Savchenko, on the air of the KRT television channel, announced that if the law on the sale of agricultural land passes, then "in 2023 a state like Ukraine will not be on the world map."

On November 13, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the bill on opening the agricultural land market.
