The Sharjah Criminal Court sentenced four Asians to three years in jail, fined them 40,000 dirhams in solidarity, and deported them from the state, after they were found guilty of assaulting the safety of others and stealing a company, as they tied and assaulted its guard and managed to steal construction materials from within.

In detail, the case dates back to March 17, when a police reporter from a company guard in the Sajaa industrial area reported that a number of masked men assaulted him and handcuffed him.

Immediately, the security teams moved to the scene of the incident.

The court heard the complainant, who said that while he was sitting at night inside the company, he was surprised that four masked men entered his room, handcuffed and tied him from his hands, broke his phone, and then stole construction materials from inside the company.

He added that he was able to dissolve the rope they had tied to him, and took to the street, and used the phone of a bystander, to inform the police and the owner of the company of the incident.
