“I received today a copy of the decision to resume investigative actions in the case of my client. The investigator who studied the criminal case found that the investigation was not carried out in full, in the current state it was prematurely sent to the prosecutor, ”he said, noting his intention to appeal against this decision.

At the same time, Ashanin said that such a decision was made by a new employee of the department, who received the case in his production after the completion of the preliminary investigation.

“The investigator refused to satisfy our request for a teenager to attend school, and we filed a request to allow him daily walks, because he had been in jail for a year,” he added.

Earlier, executive secretary of the Public Monitoring Commission (PMC) of Moscow Ivan Melnikov spoke about the conditions of detention in the Moscow pre-trial detention center No. 5 of a 14-year-old. He noted that the young man does not complain about the conditions of detention, all investigative actions against the young man were carried out together with his parents and a lawyer.

The schoolboy was detained on November 2, 2018 on suspicion of making an explosive device, on November 6, the court arrested him. As specified, it became known after an emergency in Arkhangelsk.

On October 31, a young man carried an explosive device into the FSB building in the Arkhangelsk region.

Two FSB officers were shell-shocked as a result of the explosion; another was seriously injured. The attacker himself died.
