November 21st 2019One of the richest men in Russia, the 'palazzinaro' Vladislav Doronin, ex-boyfriend of Naomi Campbell, put on sale the megavilla designed by Zahi Hadid, which he had given to Campbell during their love story.The ultramodern structure resembles a spaceship. In the tower, 35 meters high, is the bedroom. The total area is 2,700 (two thousand seven hundred) square meters. Inside, there is also a 25 meter swimming pool, a wellness center and a fitness room. The price is close to 100 million euros.
The villa has already become an architectural heritage. Indeed, Doronin is the only private customer for whom Zahi Hadid has implemented a project. Each project by archistar Zahi Hadid is destined to become a cult building, like the structure near Moscow's "Dubrovka" metro station.
