A student who fired at a college in Blagoveshchensk had suicidal tendencies. This was stated by Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Tkachev during a conversation with reporters in Chita. According to him, the draft board knew about it.

“There is no interaction with the draft board. It was revealed that he has a tendency to suicidal attempts, but, unfortunately, this was not reported anywhere. They refer to their departmental instructions that it is forbidden to disclose this data. Today we will check with the military prosecutors, including the work of the military commissariats in this regard, and give assessments, ”RIA Novosti quoted Tkachev as saying.

He also said that the regional prosecutor’s office has complaints about the work of the government of the Amur Region in connection with the insufficient quality of the organization of education and training of psychologists. In addition, Tkachev said that there were violations by private security companies.

“We found that today rights are violated, including by private security companies, unfortunately. People are accepted who have neither qualifications nor appropriate training. There are complaints against the control authorities, in the part of the Russian Guard, ”the deputy prosecutor general added.

Tkachev said that criminal cases were instituted in connection with non-compliance with the requirements of the organization of the educational process.

“He was wounded, after which he committed suicide”

Recall, on November 14, student Danil Zasorin opened fire at the Amur College of Construction and Public Utilities in the city of Blagoveshchensk. A 19-year-old man carried a 12-gauge IZH-81 smooth-bore gun with him, which he legally tidied up and registered in his name. He received the appropriate permission a few months before.

As a result of the tragedy, 19-year-old Alexei Golubnichy was killed, three more were injured and were hospitalized. Zasorin himself was wounded by the police who arrived at the scene of the crime, after which he committed suicide.

“Arriving at the scene, the police found a citizen with weapons on the second floor of the college. He fired at the police, who returned fire ... During the shootout, the attacker was wounded and then committed suicide, ”said Nikolai Aksyonov, head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Amur Region.

One of the three victims was discharged on November 20.

“In the Amur Regional Children's Clinical Hospital, one patient, 17 years old, was transferred from intensive care to the ward, receives the necessary treatment, his condition is moderate. The second patient was discharged in satisfactory condition for outpatient treatment, ”RIA Novosti quotes a representative of the medical institution.

The third wounded man is in the Annunciation City Clinical Hospital. His condition is serious, but there are no complications and the dynamics are positive.

Families of the deceased and injured received payments from the authorities. 2.5 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.

"There was clearly a drinker"

According to eyewitnesses, Zasorin came to college drunk, and therefore he was not allowed to attend classes. Student Vladislav Markaryan in a conversation with RT noted that Zasorin first came without weapons. He was kicked out of the audience three times, after which he left the college, and returned with a gun.

Maxim Muratov, another college student, said that he and other students saw Zasorin before the attack - he stood in the toilet, smoked and listened to music.

“He was obviously drunk and with a cigarette. He stood, listened to relaxing and calm music from the telephone, held a gun in his hands. After he saw us, he aimed the barrel at us. We ran away, ”Muratov said.

They tried to warn the others - they barricaded themselves in the audience and hid themselves. However, Zasorin still entered the office.

“When he went into the audience, everyone hid, and Lyosha (Golubnichy. - RT ) remained sitting. To the question: “Why don’t you hide?”, The answer was: “Why hide?” After that, a shot rang out, ”recalls Markaryan.

After what happened in the media and social networks, an audio recording began to diverge - supposedly a message made by Zasorin before the crime. There, for example, he mentions the shooting at Columbine School and says that “no one could stop” the killer.

“No one could stop this from those who will be accused on TV when this happens. So think this way. It’s also, of course, a shame, why I, why here, why now, ”the message says.

According to friends of the shooter, he did not stand out from his peers, did not show aggression and was "quiet and calm." Muratov assured that nobody poisoned Zasorin in college. But one of the students said that on the eve someone allegedly beat a young man.

“I'm not even a guard”

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under paragraphs "a" and "and" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“The murder of two persons committed out of hooligan motives”). The department also opened cases of inadequate protection of the educational institution and negligence of officials - guard Oleg Ermolov did not stop the student with weapons.

The security guard himself and the head of the Sirius-A private college that worked at the college, Sergei Andryushchenko, were arrested. They were charged with providing services that did not meet safety requirements and resulted in the death of two or more people. Note that Ermolov already has a criminal record for a serious crime.

However, the guard considers himself innocent. According to him, he did everything in his power.

“I do not consider myself guilty, I did everything in my power, brought people out, called the Ministry of Emergencies. I’m not even a guard at all, I don’t have a certificate, ”he said during a meeting on November 19.

For improper performance of their duties, the director of the college, Viktor Petukhov, was dismissed. In his place, the acting appointed deputy director for academic work Svetlana Lensky.

Oleg Yakutov, deputy head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Amur Region, also left his post at his own request.
