The State Department demanded that Turkey "get rid of the S-400"

The representative of the State Department stressed that the abandonment of the S-400 can improve relations between Ankara and Washington.

Earlier, Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he had informed the President of the United States Donald Trump about the impossibility of Ankara to abandon the S-400.
