The president of the Generalitat of Catalonia , Quim Torra, has ruled out Thursday to be a candidate in future Catalan elections, and has made it clear that he does not plan to advance the elections and bets on running out of the legislature until 2021.
"I have always said that I will not present myself to any election. I had a job, from the point where the independence process was to move forward to complete it. It is what I try to do.
