“I conveyed a message from the Prime Minister, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, to President Vladimir Putin. We are talking about the summit in Kuala Lumpur, which will be held on December 19–20, ”he said.
According to him, the letter contains a request to the Russian president to send his representatives to the summit.
