Egyptian businessman and opposition artist Mohamed Ali told Al Jazeera that he would launch a more organized movement to oust President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, stressing his cooperation with experts to form an alternative government before the fall of the regime.

In a meeting to be broadcast later, Mohamed Ali explained that the program he seeks to implement in coordination with all the forces of the people and the opposition at home and abroad will be put to the people in a referendum via social media, before the overthrow of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, to block the arrival of unwanted people to power, According to him.

He considered the Egyptian opposition in Europe that it is necessary to have a suitable alternative before the departure of the regime of Sisi, adding that he is working on it, and that he is working with a number of Egyptian experts abroad to prepare a program for a shadow government that is ready when the regime falls.

Mohamed Ali also said that he had relations with mid-level leaders in the Egyptian army, members of whom knew of his opposition to the regime and some of them support him, but that relationship was broken some of his exit to the public, adding that his relations within Egypt are currently concentrated among businessmen and contractors.

Mohamed Ali caused a scandal and anger in Egypt in early September when he began producing videos accusing Sisi and senior officials of corruption, leading to a series of demonstrations that posed the most important challenge to Sisi 's rule in years.
