The Abu Dhabi Criminal Court has begun hearing the case of charging a young man (Arab) with assaulting another as a result of a brawl between them inside a nightclub in a hotel in Abu Dhabi. Details of the case, which was documented through the hotel's surveillance cameras, are due to a verbal altercation between the accused and the victim, while they were at a nightclub in the hotel. Immediately after the victim left the nightclub after more than two hours, the defendant objected and there was a verbal altercation, but the security of the hotel and a friend of the victim separated them and the accused was prevented from catching up with the victim.

The cameras of the hotel documented that the defendant joined the victim again at the main hotel door, and a verbal altercation during which the victim pushed the defendant in the chest and slapped and kicked, and after separation between them the defendant re-quarreled and performed some movements of karate, and then clashed with the victim He and his friend caused different injuries.

He attributed the reason during the hearing the reason for waiting in front of the entrance of the club and to refrain from leaving, that his phones and money wallet was inside the club, where the security personnel took him out without them, pointing out that he was the victim of the dispute to settle the dispute, but he verbally abused him by insulting and beatings, which took him out of His feeling and prompted him to engage him.

During the hearing, the tribunal reviewed all the 18 videos attached and filmed from the hotel's cameras.
