It was on another Christmas day last year that the woman called 112 from an address in the municipality of Tingsryd.
According to the indictment, she stated to the alarm operator that she had been stabbed in the throat and that the knife remained in her throat. Both the police and the ambulance went to her aid, but on the spot they found that she had not been stabbed or injured in any other way.
Now she is being prosecuted for false alarm. The woman, who confesses to crime, risks fines or imprisonment for a maximum of one year if convicted.
