On October 30, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested Novikov for two months.

According to the investigation, he inflicted two blows to a police dog handler with a bottle of liquid - on the head and on the arm.

The Investigative Committee reported the presence of witnesses and videos from the scene, which confirm Novikov’s actions.
