“This week I will pay a visit to Moscow, which was agreed between the Moldovan and Russian authorities a long time ago, but never took place for reasons unknown to me,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

According to the prime minister, to date, many issues have accumulated that the two sides need to discuss.

As noted by Kiku, in particular, the topics for discussion will be expanding the list of companies that can export products to Russia and extending the period for the possibility of delivering goods without duties.

It is expected that the Prime Minister of Moldova will also meet with the leadership of the Russian company Gazprom.

Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Kika on his appointment as Prime Minister of Moldova and invited him to pay a working visit to Russia.

On November 14, Moldovan leader Igor Dodon swore a new government led by Ion Kiku.
