“We have officially launched a pilot to introduce Google tools in the cabin. We agreed with Google that we provide 1000 free accounts. We are very grateful to them for this, ”he wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, the first groups of employees have already begun training.
“Now, if you need to collect information from other government agencies or employees, it takes a lot of time, because information is collected through documents and then systematized manually,” the minister explained.
He expressed the opinion that the new project will save time when working with documents.
Dubilet also emphasized that Google tools will not be used when working with information with limited access.
In late August, Ukraine developed a special bot in Telegram to help the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada in their work.
