The Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of a person for killing a student in Fayoum governorate after he was shot in celebration of his wedding.
The ministry said in a statement that the police station "Etsa" Directorate of Fayoum security received notification from a hospital of the arrival of a student (17 years old) died of gunshot wounds, and moved the unit of the Department of Investigation to the scene and asked his father decided that while his son in front of the house, One person fired shots to cheer his wedding, one of which hit his son, resulting in his death.
The ministry explained that following the legalization of procedures and coordination with the public security sector, the accused was targeted at his place of residence and places he frequented and potential hiding, where efforts resulted in the seizure, and in possession of the weapon used and confronted confessed to the incident, and took the necessary legal procedures.
