It is noted that all educational institutions operate normally, except for the Amur College of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities, in the main building of which there was a shooting.

Earlier it became known that after the shooting at the College of Blagoveshchensk, the director general of the private security company responsible for the protection of the building was detained.

On November 14, one of the students fired at a college in Blagoveshchensk. The incident killed two people, including the shooter. Three more victims were hospitalized.
