He advised the National Meteorological Center to be cautious while driving vehicles, as well as with low horizontal visibility due to dust and dust raised, as well as advised to stay away from the flow of valleys, and warns seagoers because of its turbulence in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
