Party leader Jonas Sjöstedt (V) visited Ersnäs school outside Luleå and was impressed by the local school camp in the Sorby villages.

- I hope and believe that they have won the battle for the village schools now. But Luleå Municipality should go out and say it officially too. It deserves those who live here, he says.

Room clean junk?

But the school debate in Luleå in all honor, it is still a completely different matter that the left leader is debated for today. He wants to decriminalize drug use because he believes that today's punitive policies do not work. And many critics believe that it is a drug liberal view that just makes the drug more room-clean.

- We want to fight the drug and push it back, but we find that many who have problems with it do not seek help because they feel criminal. We cannot punish an abuse, but care is needed to get out of it, ”says Jonas Sjöstedt.

"Forbidden to sell"

His party's suggestion is that those who do drugs can do so without risking punishment, but the other people involved should put in hard work.

- We know that organized crime lives on the middle class crap and we need to put a stop to it. We need to get more drug addicts to seek help.

"Of course, it should be completely prohibited to sell drugs, but we also have to help those who have drug problems," says Jonas Sjöstedt.
