The police began their investigative work against the salon in Varberg in the summer of 2018 after receiving tips that customers who visited the business were offered to buy sexual services.

The police pretended to be customers

In mid-September the same year, the police made a strike in collaboration with the Swedish Work Environment Authority and the Swedish Tax Agency. Prosecutor Olof Åberg explains that the police pretended to be customers.

- Detention staff went in and looked at what was offered and were then offered to buy sexual services.

Invited via sms and social media

To attract more people to buy sex, contact has been made via sms and social media. However, the messages have not been straightforward.

- But as I see it, it has been understood what the messages really meant.

According to the indictment, the salon owner promoted the other woman to have temporary sexual relations for compensation. This is because she provided premises, rooms, fixtures and consumables to her under employment-like forms.

Four men are charged with sex purchases

In addition to the salon owner, four men are also prosecuted for the purchase of sexual services.

- Sperm has been able to link these men to the site. They have also been singled out by both women.

The woman refuses a crime while the men admit.
