“There are three options for Ukraine today: Option one is to start a military operation, reach the border and end the war victoriously,” he said on the air of the Freedom of Speech program on ICTV.

At the same time, he emphasized that this path is currently impossible, although the Ukrainian army "should be ready for this."

Vakarchuk named the implementation of the Minsk Agreements as the second solution to the situation, which, in his opinion, are “imposed by Russia” and could lead to the loss of independence and sovereignty.

“To incorporate that Donbass in the state in which it exists, to force ourselves to hold uncontrolled elections there and actually let in this territory, which we have not controlled politically, economically, or legally for five years in Ukraine,” he said.

Finally, Vakarchuk considers the inclusion of a “turbo regime” in diplomacy, which will strengthen the Ukrainian army and economy and then return territories, the third alternative.

“We will“ build muscle ”every day and will be ready at any moment to return our annexed territories diplomatically or in another way,” concluded Vakarchuk.

At the same time, they recognized that although the latter option is the most realistic, it can become painful and not acceptable to everyone.

Earlier, Vakarchuk called on the Ukrainian authorities to withdraw from the Minsk agreements and freeze the situation in the Donbass to strengthen their own positions.
