Medvedev jokingly suggested that flu vaccines be vaccinated against Ebola

Medvedev said that "anyone who hasn’t had time to get the flu shot can get a vaccine against Ebola."

“Moreover, it’s real, Russian, high-quality, tested in battles, as they say, and in the most difficult conditions,” RIA Novosti quoted the Prime Minister as saying.

It is noted that Medvedev visited the State Scientific Center for Virology and Biotechnology "Vector" in the Novosibirsk region, where he launched the production of an Ebola vaccine for the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin, during a meeting in the Kremlin, urged members of the government to get the flu shot.
