According to the FAN, citing the publication of the Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation OECD iLibrary, Russian residents drink an average of 11.1 liters of alcohol per year.

Lithuania turned out to be the country with the highest per capita consumption of alcohol and took first place in the ranking, residents of this state on average drink 12.3 liters of alcohol per year.

On the second and third lines are Austria and France - 11.8 and 11.7 liters, respectively. The Czech Republic closes the top five - 11.6 liters and Luxembourg - 11.3 liters.

Earlier it was reported that the time for the sale of alcohol in Kaliningrad stores will be reduced by two hours.
