He noted that the German side considers this event an important step towards a peaceful solution.
Seibert also added that Berlin is "concerned about the events of recent weeks."
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on all the political forces of Bolivia to find a legal way out of the crisis after the resignation of Morales.
On November 11, Morales announced his decision to resign.
