He noted that the EU had a strategy of humanitarian and economic cooperation with South Ossetia and Abkhazia - “participation without recognition”.
He noted that the European Union could transfer this strategy to the Crimea.
Earlier, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that NATO member countries began to pay more attention to national defense and the protection of the alliance due to the conflict in Ukraine, as well as the reunification of Crimea with Russia.
