13 thousand people evacuated in Berlin because of war bomb

In Berlin, due to the bomb disposal of World War II bombs, 13,000 people are evacuated in the Hellersdorf area.

“About 13 thousand people are evacuating from about 9.30 (11:30 Moscow time) so that our specialists can defuse a 250-kilogram bomb during World War II,” the Berlin police said on Twitter.

Earlier, the authorities of the German city of Cologne evacuated about 8.6 thousand people because of a bomb from World War II.

On June 25, the Kryminform portal reported that in the Crimea two air bombs and four shells from the war were defused.
