The noise occurred at midnight on Saturday afternoon at a hamburger restaurant at Medborgarplatsen on Södermalm.
"It was a suspected affected man who was outgoing and should have tried to beat the guests," says Anna Westberg, press spokesperson at Stockholm Police.
Other guests then intervened to stop the man.
- There were three people who intervened. Someone leaned on the man to hold him until we got to the scene, says Anna Westberg.
The man was arrested according to the law on the treatment of intoxicated persons. There is no information on anyone injured.
