The authors of the document strongly condemn the incidents related to the glorification and propaganda of Nazism, urging states to eliminate racial discrimination, if necessary, and legally.

On July 7, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Committee on Democracy, Human Rights, and Humanitarian Issues rejected a Russian resolution on Combating Xenophobia, Aggressive Nationalism, and Related Intolerance.
