The breeding of forces in the village of Petrovskoye in the Donbass is expected to begin on November 9 at 12:00 local time (13:00 Moscow time). This was announced by the Special Representative of the Chairman of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Martin Saydik.
According to TASS, Saidik’s statement was circulated by the OSCE press service.
“The separation of forces and assets will begin on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at 12:00 Kyiv time,” said Saydik.
Earlier, the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin announced his readiness to withdraw forces in Petrovsky on November 9.
