Marika - who runs Marika's Café & Inredning in Norrköping - ended up in a shared fourth place with her sandwich in September - a stone oven-baked sourdough slice with fennel and dill seeds. On the bread, Marika had vegan scrambled eggs with tofu, egg-free mayonnaise, pickled fennel, seaweed and crisp salad.
