The Public Prosecution charged the defendant (a young Gulf), on charges of assaulting a public official, that pushed him during the performance of his job, causing injuries, abuse of psychotropic substance (methamphetamine), damage to a police vehicle, driving under the influence of a psychoactive, driving a vehicle reversing direction, driving It would endanger road users, drive a vehicle without number plates, disobey orders from a public official, and not comply with traffic rules and ethics.

The First Instance Court sentenced the defendant to three years 'imprisonment, a psychotropic offense of 10,000 dirhams, deliberately damaging the vehicle by six months' imprisonment, crimes endangering the lives of road users, driving in the opposite direction, and non-compliance with traffic rules. A three-month prison sentence, a crime of driving a vehicle under the influence of a psychotropic agent, a three-month imprisonment and a fine of 1000 dirhams, and driving a vehicle without a license plate with a fine of 500 dirhams, and ordered the suspension of his driver's license for a year, and depriving him of its extraction after the expiry of its validity.

The defendant appealed the verdict, and the Court of Appeal ruled that the appeal was accepted in the form.In this matter, the appellant was amended and the appellant was imprisoned for six months on charges of assaulting a public official and fining 20,000 dirhams for driving under the influence of psychotropic substances, suspending his driving license for six months, and supporting him otherwise.

The court pointed out that the case papers and investigations showed that a sample of his urine was taken, and examined to show that it contains the psychotropic substance (methamphetamine), a statement verified by the elements of the crimes for which the appellant was convicted, based on technical and anecdotal evidence, and taking into account what witnesses testified, The report of the forensic evidence concerning the examination of the accused's urine sample, the report of the examination of the victim and the report of the seizure report, all of which are well-founded reasons for carrying the judgment. The appeal shall be groundless and shall be rejected. The court shall reject the appeal.
