Among the participants of the event are heads of ministries and departments, heads of a number of subjects of Russia and regions of Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of business circles of both countries.

Earlier it was reported that Tokayev would arrive in Omsk on November 7, where he plans to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
