It is noted that the case opened by decision of the Anti-Corruption Court is also being investigated in relation to two Klitschko deputies.
“NABU has fulfilled the specified determination of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court and entered information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations,” the report said.
A complaint was earlier sent to the court against the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in connection with inaction regarding the investigation of possible offenses by Klitschko and his two deputies.
Also, the court provided materials regarding the unauthorized seizure of land, unauthorized development and unauthorized reconstruction of structures in Kiev.
Earlier, Klitschko sued the government of Ukraine because of the decision on his dismissal from the post of mayor.
