Earlier, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the fourth phase to reduce Iran’s obligations under the Joint Comprehensive Action Plan will begin on Wednesday, November 6.
According to him, Tehran, under the control of the IAEA, will begin using centrifuges at the facility in Fordo.
On November 5, Iran handed a letter to the IAEA stating that gas will be filled with centrifuges at the facility in Fordo, near Qom, on November 6.
