According to him, the State Duma on November 4 received an appeal against investigators from the Office of Special Investigations of the Prosecutor General, who had allowed the loss of criminal case materials.
“We received two volumes of materials from one of the criminal cases. We have entered information into the ERDR (Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations. - RT.) And today an appropriate investigation has been launched, ”he said.
The pipe added that the criminal proceedings were opened at the request of the ex-deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, lawyer Andriy Portnov.
At the end of October, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine reported that the investigation of the Maidan cases in the country was not stopped.
