After the bed in the pantry - now the problems are fixed

After the municipality's original food inspection, several shortcomings were discovered. In addition to the bedded mattress in the pantry, the restaurant kept, among other things, dirty vegetables in the fridge and a dirty towel next to a sink without soap.

According to Sandra Wallström, all problems were addressed when the municipality conducted a new inspection last Friday.

- The points we had given them regarding staff hygiene were all addressed and in general the cleaning was much better, says Wallström.

As a result, the case is closed, but the municipality will, as usual, carry out more unannounced checks on the business.

- We always have different control areas, different themes on what we are checking, but since there have been repeated deviations, we will still look a little extra at the cleaning, Wallström says.
