In an interview with Efe a few days after the auction, Newton-John reflected on the special value of that jacket and those leather pants he wore to go from being an innocent young woman to a most rebellious woman in Grease .
"It was a very shocking transformation for people . And for me, because I had never done something like this before," she said sitting next to these two clothes.
