"Today, November 3, in accordance with the agreements reached on renewing the obligations of the parties to implement the framework decision and in accordance with the schedule, the head of the DPR representative office in the JCCC informed the OSCE SMM of the readiness to begin implementation of the practical part of the activities at the breeding site," message of representation.
The representative of the DPR also emphasized that on November 2 the necessary information was transmitted to the OSCE representatives regarding the situation at the breeding site.
“On Monday, November 4, as it was established, at 13:00 Moscow time, the DPR forces will launch a white flare signaling a signal of readiness to begin the practical part of the implementation approved by the contact group of the schedule,” they added to the DPR.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that breeding in the area of the Petrovskoye settlement would begin on November 4, if the regime of silence continued during the week.
