“In cities with more than 180 points, the urban environment is considered favorable,” the press service of the Ministry of Construction quoted the head of the department, Vladimir Yakushev.

It is clarified that the average urban environment in Russia was 163 points.

It is also reported that the group of "largest cities in a relatively comfortable climate" is headed by Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Krasnoyarsk.
