Another document coming into force stipulates that participants in a minor accident with two cars, provided there are no casualties, will be able to transfer data to insurers through electronic devices, including through the State Service application, a telematics device, or ERA-Glonass. This innovation will be available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow region and the Leningrad region.
Also, quotas for obtaining a temporary residence permit in Russia for citizens of the countries of the former USSR, as well as refugees or those who have received temporary asylum in Russia, will be canceled. Also, the norm will apply to those who graduated from a Russian university.
