As it is specified, the department proposes to establish the advantage of pedestrians in all cases of combined traffic with cyclists and people using individual mobility means, and in all cases where traffic is combined with pedestrian traffic, set the maximum speed for cyclists and people using these means of transportation 20 km / h
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Transport of Russia and the State traffic inspectorate are preparing amendments to the rules of the road, which provide for the introduction of the term "means of individual mobility" for electric scooters, monowheels and gyro scooters.
