As the politician noted, he would regard this as "interference in the internal affairs of Russia."
He added that the Russian Armed Forces give confidence in the future, despite NATO's attempt to exacerbate issues around the Crimea.
A previously published statement by the Ukraine-NATO commission said the alliance calls on Russia to transfer control of Crimea to Kiev.
