Three of them are sentenced to human trafficking and grossly unlawful coercion to five years in prison. Two are convicted of assisting in the same crime to one and a half and two years in prison respectively.

Was subjected to torture

It was at the end of February this year that two men were kidnapped in Östergötland and then held for a weekend in a house in Floda. One of the men was subjected to a torture-like assault, where a drill was used, among other things.

The purpose of the kidnapping was to get money from the abused person as payment of a debt. The case has links to organized crime.

Sentenced for human trafficking

Two of the men convicted of human rape and grossly unlawful coercion were also prosecuted for extremely serious abuse. But the district court does not consider it to be evidence that they have been involved in the abuse and therefore disapproves of the prosecution against them in that part.

In addition to the five, one man and one woman are convicted of money laundering, for receiving the crime exchange and partially passing it on. The sentence became a conditional sentence and a fine.
